Are you looking for a dynamic role that combines hands-on technical work with a commitment to customer service? Look no further! We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Technicians in Swanley.
Position: Support Technician
Location: Swanley
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Starting Salary: £25,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
List, pack, lift, load, and unload contents
Strip out wet or fire-affected materials from properties, both commercial and domestic
Clean contents affected by fire/water incidents
Clean property structures affected by fire/water incidents
Conduct mold remediation
Install and remove drying equipment
Requirements:
Full clean driving license, comfortable driving vans up to Boxer/large Transit size
Familiarity with tools (hand tools, power tools)
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
Strong communication skills
Punctuality and reliability
Sensitivity and empathy towards customers in distress
CSCS card, IPAF, PASMA, familiarity with building materials (desired but not mandatory)
Willingness to undergo a full DBS check
Additional Information:
Physical role; candidates should be prepared for strenuous activity
Overtime required; on-call rota (1 week out of 5) with additional surge situation support
20 days holiday per year, plus additional leave after 6 months of employment
Pension enrollment after 3 months of employment
