We are seeking a motivated and skilled labourer to join our team for an ongoing contract role in Spennymoor. This exciting opportunity involves pre-boarding and general labouring duties on a new build housing site. Key Responsibilities
Carrying out pre-boarding tasks as required
Assisting with general labouring duties on the construction site
Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
Following health and safety regulations at all times
Collaborating with the construction team to meet project deadlines
Handling and transporting materials and equipment safely
Requirements
Proven experience as a skilled labourer, preferably on new build housing sites
Valid CSCS card
Knowledge of pre-boarding procedures and general labouring tasks
Strong understanding of health and safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
