Skilled Labourer
Location: Birchington
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Temporary
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Operative to attend a live site in Birchington to assist with a combination of access and grounds maintenance works.
Duties Will Include:
Erecting, striking, and moving a lightweight mobile tower (up to 8m) to facilitate gutter clip and joint works
Carrying out heavy weeding and clearance of external flower beds
General site support duties as requiredRequirements:
Valid PASMA or equivalent mobile tower erection qualification
Valid CSCS Card
Experience working on construction, maintenance, or social housing sites
Ability to carry out manual gardening and clearance works
Own hand tools preferred for gardening duties
