We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful client as a Contracts Advisor who are based on the outskirts of Newark
This is a full time, Permanent role with a Salary of £25-£30k DOE Plus Bonus. You will be based both in the office and out on site, generally weekly split is 3 days site, 2 days office.
The purpose of this role is to venture out to sites around the UK to carry out annual surveys for their existing customers. You will be identifying customer needs to boost sales and contribute to the company revenue targets whilst maintaining the company image and reputation. We are looking for someone who can build a good rapport with our clients customers, but is also able to spot opportunities for upsell.
Respons
•Identify Customer needs, explain the processes and offer solutions to the client which are subsequently summarised in a report.
•Work with the Sales Team to ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
•Work with the Client Manager and other Contracts Advisors to prioritise the site visits that are required.
•Plot site visits and journey routes to existing customers ensuring these are carried out as efficiently and cost effectively as possible (overnight stays may be necessary).
•Assist with booking in site visits when required.
You will need to have own driving licence and own transport (Company Vehicle will be available for site visits at a later date)
