Earthworks Supervisor – HS2 Project
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Sector: Major Infrastructure / Bulk Earthworks
We are currently recruiting an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join a bulk earthworks contractor working on the HS2 project in Aylesbury.
This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified supervisor with a strong background in bulk earthworks and experience working on major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising day-to-day bulk earthworks operations on site.
* Managing site teams, plant operators and subcontractors.
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project specifications.
* Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to site management.
* Carrying out site inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
* Coordinating earthmoving activities, including cut and fill, excavation, material movement and ground preparation.
Essential Requirements
* Valid CSCS Gold Card.
* Valid SSSTS certification.
* Valid EUSR card.
* In-date Safety Critical Medical.
* Proven experience supervising bulk earthworks on major infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of site health and safety procedures.
* Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
