Location: Nationwide (Travelling Required)
Salary: £40,000 + Company Van

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor or Site Engineer looking to join a growing specialist contractor?
Due to a significant increase in workload, we are looking to recruit a Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to oversee the installation of specialist retaining wall systems on projects across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business with a strong pipeline of work, where you'll play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
The Role
Working on sites nationwide, you'll be responsible for supervising the construction of retaining wall systems, managing subcontractors and ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme and in accordance with the design specifications.
The role will involve regular travel and working away from home when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the day-to-day installation of retaining wall systems.
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors on site.
* Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with company procedures.
* Monitor quality and ensure works are completed to specification.
* Complete site records, reports and daily diaries.
* Coordinate with clients, engineers, project managers and the wider delivery team.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within programme.
* Maintain high standards of health & safety across all sites.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Engineer or similar.
* Strong understanding of construction site operations.
* Experience managing subcontractors.
* Good knowledge of health & safety legislation.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Experience with retaining wall systems would be highly advantageous.
* Willingness to travel and work away from home throughout the UK.
