Our client requires a Site Supervisor and Multi-Trade Operative who will be instrumental in overseeing and executing various construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Multi-trade skills are essential for performing a variety of tasks across different trades, enhancing project efficiency and success.
Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
* Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
* Provide leadership and guidance to site staff and subcontractors.

Multi-Trade Operations:
* Perform a variety of skilled tasks in multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, plastering, and painting.
* Diagnose and repair issues in existing structures.
* Install fixtures and fittings as required.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with project specifications.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor and Multi-Trade Operative in the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
* Proficiency in multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, plastering, and painting.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
* Relevant certifications and qualifications are a plus.
