Description:
Our client is a medium sized main contractor, delivering high-quality Cat A and Cat B fit-out and refurbishment projects across London for a range of commercial clients.
We are assisting them with their search for a freelance Site Supervisor to work on a £6m Cat B fit-out in Holborn, essentially operating as the number 3 with a site based Construction and Project manager.
Your duties will consist of day-to-day supervision of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standard, whilst reporting into the Project/Site Manager and coordinating trades and subcontractors on site.
To be considered for this role you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid qualification, and a Temporary Works Coordinator qualification.
