Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor on behalf of a valued client based in Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with facilities, maintenance, or site supervision experience looking for a temporary role within an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing day-to-day site operations
Ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards
Conducting routine compliance testing and checks
Carrying out general maintenance duties across the site
Supervising contractors and monitoring quality of work
Ensuring contractors adhere to schedules and site procedures
Acting as the main point of contact on site
Maintaining site standards and resolving issues promptlyRequirements
Previous site supervision, caretaking, or facilities experience preferred
Good understanding of health and safety and compliance procedures
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage site priorities effectively
Reliable and proactive approach to work
Enhanced DBS check required
