SUPERVISOR – HIGHWAYS PROJECT ????
????Bedfordshire ???? Contract – c.18 Months
???? Start: First week of February

RGB Recruitment is working with a leading highways contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced SSSTS / SMSTS Supervisor to join a major highways project in Cambridge.
This is a long-term contract opportunity (circa 18 months), ideal for a Supervisor with strong site leadership and highways experience.
???? The Role:

Reporting directly into the General Foreman
Supervising a site team of 20–30 operatives
Delivering detailed toolbox talks and daily briefings
Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained
Supporting programme delivery and site productivity
???? About You:

SSSTS or SMSTS qualified
Proven experience supervising highways projects
Strong communication and leadership skills
Able to manage site teams and maintain safe systems of work
