We are currently looking for an experienced Temporary Site Supervisor to oversee void/ Repair property refurbishments within the social housing sector in Swindon.
Requirements:
* Previous voids/refurbishment supervision experience
* SSSTS essential
* Valid DBS check
* Asbestos Awareness
* Working at Height
* Manual Handling
* Full UK driving licence
Duties Include:
* Managing void refurbishments from inspection to handover
* Coordinating operatives and subcontractors
* Monitoring quality, progress, and H&S compliance
* Completing inspections, reports, and toolbox talks
