Time 4 Recruitment have great opportunity for a Permanent Site Supervisors in Edinburgh City Centre working for a well-established, national main contractor. Our client specialises in key construction projects such as Hotels and Student Accommodation and it is vital you have been a Site Supervisor on similar schemes previously.
Previous experience a Site Supervisor and a current SMSTS is essential for this role !!!
As Site Supervisor you will be required to start June / July 2024 and the contracts are for 12-24 months – which can go permanent for the right candidates
As Site Supervisor you will be working with a team on new build RC frame multi story projects either student accommodation or Hotel and it is therefore vital that you have been involved with large projects in excess of £20m.
Key responsibilities
• Supervising all the Site Team and reporting to the Site Manager/ visiting Project Manager
• Ensuring the project is on time against programme
• Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance throughout the Site.
• Ensure the Site team adhere ensure quality of works meets the clients’ demands.
• You must have Main contract experience in high rise schemes.
• Previously experience on RC Frame contract.
• Within commutable distance of the centre of Edinburgh
