40 hours per week

£40k dependant on experience
Opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a Bromsgrove based business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HVAC installation and maintenance projects at various sites across the UK, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Site Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise HVAC installation and maintenance projects at various sites
Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor work progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with H&S regulations
Monitoring behaviour of your teams and contractors
Conducting site inspections
Liaise with clients and meet project demands
Successful applicant will have:
Understanding of working with HVAC/ AHU
Previous experience in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
SSSTS / SMSTS
