Avocet Recruitment is working alongside a highly regarded roofing contractor that require a Site Supervisor to assist the Contracts Manager in the organisation, management, and control of all aspects of site work throughout the Exeter and South Devon area.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting pre-roof inspections, mid-roof inspections & completion sign-off’s.
* Delivery of toolbox talks to tradesmen.
* Material monitoring.
* Plot scheduling with site teams and Contracts Manager.
* Liaising and organising workforce of roofing tradesmen and labourers.
* Regular communication with buying department
* Attendance of weekly sub-contractor meetings on site.
The successful candidate will have...
* Valid driving licence.
* Minimum 3 years of construction experience.
* A good understanding of Health & Safety.
* Someone with a positive, pro-active attitude.

* Good IT skills.
