Earthworks Site Supervisor – Lower Thames Crossing
We are seeking an experienced Earthworks Site Supervisor for works on the Lower Thames Crossing project.
This is a fantastic long-term opportunity on a major infrastructure scheme, working within a busy bulk earthworks environment.
Requirements:
* Strong bulk earthworks background
* SSSTS
* CSCS Gold Card
* Experience supervising operatives and heavy plant on large civils projects
* Good understanding of site safety and daily coordination
* Plant tickets advantageous
Role Responsibilities:
* Supervising day-to-day earthworks activities
* Managing workforce and plant operations
* Monitoring safety, quality, and productivity
* Working closely with engineers and site management teams
