About Our Client
Our client is a regional main contractor established for over 10 years, delivering refurbishment and select new-build projects across London. Their portfolio spans residential, public buildings & churches, and heritage/listed buildings, with project values from £100k to £5m.
The Project
* Location: Winchester
* Scope: Supervising a £150k Internal & External refurbishment on a residential project, including:
* Scaffolding packages and access equipment
* kitchens and bathrooms
* Carpentry
* Electrics
* Day rate: Up to £250 per day
* Start date: Immediately
* Duration: 6 weeks
The Role
* You'll oversee specialist subcontractors on site including painters/decorators, carpenters and electricians and window repair specialists
* Keeping works safe, on programme and to a high standard.
* This is a hands-on role: our client wants someone who doesn't mind getting involved in the works themselves when needed, not just directing from the office.
