Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Type:
Contract, expected to work 10 hours per day
Salary:
£45 - £55 Per hour
Job Duties:
Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage and oversee subcontractors and vendors
Monitor project progress and report to project manager
Maintain accurate records of site activities and progress
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role
Electrical / Civils experience ideally but will take other
Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
Health and Safety certification (e.g., CSCS card)
Valid SMSTS Card (or willing to renew)
SC Cleared ideally but able to pass BPSS
Education:
Relevant qualification in construction management or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction supervisory role
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations (CDM)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
Experience working on large-scale construction projects
Working Conditions:
On site, but also client facing
May require occasional weekend or evening work to meet project deadlines
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects
