Site Supervisor - HS2 Project
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a major HS2 infrastructure project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil engineering, with extensive experience supervising bulk earthworks operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience supervising bulk earthworks on large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Previous experience working on major infrastructure projects (HS2 experience is highly desirable).
Valid CSCS Gold Supervisor Card.
SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
EUSR Categories 1 & 2 (Utilities Avoidance).
Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and site compliance.
Ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities, and ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Reliable, professional, and proactive approach to site supervision.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
