Site Supervisor – Sprinklers / Mechanical Pipework
Location: Velindre Hospital, Cardiff, CF14 2TL
Rate: Up to £450 per day
Start: ASAP
Duration: Up to 6 months, with potential for further work
Hours: Up to 10 hours a day
Pertemps is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to work with a client on a project in Cardiff in a hospital.
Candidates with a sprinkler background are preferred, although those with experience in mechanical pipework will also be considered.
Working alongside the client's existing site-based supervision and project design teams, you will oversee daily site activities and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with the project programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site activities and coordinate site operatives.
Monitor installation progress and ensure work meets project deadlines.
Coordinate with project management, design teams and subcontractors.
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Carry out site inspections and maintain quality standards.
Identify and resolve site issues to keep the project on track.
Provide regular progress updates to the project team.Requirements:
Previous Site Management experience within sprinkler systems or mechanical pipework.
Valid SMSTS certification.
Black CSCS card.
Strong knowledge of site health and safety requirements.
Good communication and coordination skills.What's on Offer?
