Site Supervisor

Experienced Site Supervisor Needed - Blackpool

Our client, a leading construction firm, urgently requires a Site Supervisor to oversee demolition and civils contractors on a project in Blackpool. This is a temporary position starting next week, with a minimum duration of four weeks.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of demolition and civils contractors on-site.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
Valid CSCS, SSSTS, and First Aid certifications.
Strong understanding of demolition and civils processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
