Description:
CNC Recruitment is seeking a Site Supervisor to supervise the construction operations for our client in Gloucester area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily activities on-site.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth operations
- Manage and lead a team of workers to achieve project goals
- Implement health and safety regulations on-site
- Monitor and report on progress to upper management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during operations
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a construction supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
