Site Supervisor – Civil Engineering

We are recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading UK civil engineering and earthworks contractor on a major long-term infrastructure scheme near March, Cambridgeshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale project with a well-established contractor delivering complex earthworks and civil engineering packages.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience within civil engineering

* SMSTS or SSSTS

* CSCS Card

* First Aid at Work

* Strong understanding of health & safety and site compliance

* Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors and daily operations

Responsibilities:

* Supervising day-to-day site activities

* Ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently

* Coordinating labour, plant and subcontractors

* Monitoring progress and reporting to site management

* Maintaining quality and programme targets

Bulk earthworks experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
