Site Supervisor

Description:

Coba Education is currently recruiting for a dependable and proactive Site Supervisor to support a fantastic Primary school in Corby.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous caretaking, facilities, maintenance, or site management experience who takes pride in ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff, pupils, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Opening and locking the school premises

* Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs

* Ensuring the school grounds and buildings are safe, secure, and well maintained

* Conducting regular health and safety checks

* Monitoring site security and reporting any issues

* Liaising with contractors and external service providers

* Assisting with room setups and operational requirements across the school

* Supporting the day-to-day running of the site

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Caretaker, Facilities Assistant, or Maintenance Operative

* Good DIY and practical maintenance skills

* Knowledge of health and safety procedures

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently

* A flexible and proactive approach

* Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
