We are working with a long-established and highly regarded civil engineering and infrastructure contractor to assist them in hiring a Site Manager for their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across Scotland. With a diverse portfolio of work and a commitment to investing in its people, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the successful delivery of ongoing and upcoming schemes.

As the Site Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme
* Supervising direct labour, subcontractors and plant resources on site
* Maintaining high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality compliance
* Coordinating with clients, engineers and project stakeholders throughout the construction process
* Monitoring progress, managing site records and providing regular updates to senior management
* Ensuring works are completed in line with contractual requirements and company procedures

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

* Previous experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering, infrastructure or groundworks projects
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage site teams effectively
* Excellent knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation
* Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Relevant qualifications including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification
