Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Haverhill
Duration: 2 weeks (with potential for further work)
Project: Civil Engineering, Anglian Water Contract
Qualifications Required:
* SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
* CSCS Gold Card
* First Aid Certification (3-day course)
* Safety Critical Certification
* Anglia Water Passport (desirable, but can be arranged if not currently held)
Job Description: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team for a 2-week cover at our Stradishall site, with the possibility of ongoing work for the right candidate. This role involves civil engineering work under an Anglian Water contract.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
* Be hands-on with tasks when necessary
* Coordinate with project managers and other site personnel
* Maintain a safe working environment for all staff and contractors
* Monitor progress and report on project status
* Perform concreting works, formwork setting, and manage ducts & drawpits
* Prepare for potential future projects involving long runs of PE pipework
Desirable Qualifications:
* EUSR (Energy & Utility Skills Register) – advantageous but not essential for initial work; future work will involve clean water
