Job Title: Site Supervisor
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee our landscape teams on site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and maintaining accurate records of daily activities using Field View.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervision of Landscape Teams:
* Lead and supervise landscape teams to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
* Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Monitor performance and productivity, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high standards.
* Health & Safety Compliance:
* Carry out daily health and safety checks to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
* Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
* Ensure all team members adhere to health and safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
* Qualifications needed : Must have SSSTS but SMSTS of benefit // Branded uniform and PPE (operatives to provide own boots)
Supervising landscape teams on site, setting out stock, carrying out all daily H&S checks and recording/submitting daily data via Field View
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £23.00-£27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
