Are you a skilled and experienced Supervisor looking to make a difference in the community? We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee and coordinate social housing disrepair projects in our organisation.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage on-site disrepair teams to ensure timely completion of projects
* Conduct quality inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
* Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency
* Provide leadership and guidance to team members to foster a positive work environment
* Experience of Inspection of Repairs, including measurement & specifications of works and post inspections
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor working in disrepair social housing properties
* Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
* Valid driver's license
