Description:
Site Supervisor - Travel M4 corridor between Chertsey & Reading - 1-3 month contract - £210PD - £220PD - 9 hour working day.
Our client is looking for a site supervisor experienced in building solutions and have a good knowledge of building refurbishments, painting, tiling, plastering, kitchen installations, bathrooms & flooring ETC.
This would be on an initial 1 month contract but if successful could lead onto much more work with this specific client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to the refurbishment project.
* Ensure that work is carried out according to the project plans, specifications, and timelines.
* Oversee subcontractors, tradespeople, and labourers on site.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Manage site logistics, including the delivery and storage of materials.
* Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise.
* Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
* Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to and promote a safe working environment.
* Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Start Date - ASAP
Tools / Van - Our client requires you to supply own van and tools.
Fuel Card / Mileage - This will be covered by the client
Hours - 8am - 5pm
Pay Rate - £210 - £220PD
