CCDO GOLD CARD DEMOLITION SUPERVISOR – NORTHALLERTON

Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently looking for an experienced CCDO Gold Card Demolition Supervisor for a demolition project in Northallerton, North Yorkshire.

Job Details

* Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire

* Role: Demolition Supervisor

* Start: ASAP

* Hours: Full-time site hours

* Competitive CIS rate

* Ongoing work available for the right candidate

Duties

You will be responsible for supervising demolition operatives and ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with the site programme.

Duties will include:

* Supervising demolition and strip-out works

* Managing demolition operatives on site

* Conducting daily briefings and toolbox talks

* Ensuring RAMS are followed at all times

* Completing relevant site paperwork

* Monitoring health & safety standards

* Coordinating with the Site Manager and other contractors

* Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme

* Being hands-on when required

Requirements

* Valid CCDO Gold Supervisor Card – essential

* SSSTS or SMSTS

* Previous demolition supervisory experience

* Strong knowledge of demolition health & safety procedures

* Experience managing demolition operatives

* Confident completing site paperwork, briefings and toolbox talks

* Good communication and leadership skills

* Full PPE

* Reliable with a strong work ethic
