Site Supervisor
Pay: £14.50 - £15.40 per hour depending on experience
Location: North West - travel between depots in Liverpool, Stockport and Halewood required
Hours of work: 6am-2pm with some flexibility depending on business needs
Job Type: Temporary to permanent
About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to support inspection and containment activity across customer depots in the North West. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a background in quality inspection, manufacturing, or automotive environments.
You will lead inspection teams, support customer requirements, maintain quality standards, and ensure safe and efficient working practices. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as travel between depots is required
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day inspection and containment activity across depot locations
Supervise, support, and allocate work to inspection teams
Ensure work is completed to customer specifications, deadlines, and quality standards
Act as the main on-site contact for customer updates and issue escalation
Maintain accurate records, reports, and inspection documentation
Promote safe working practices and compliance with site rules
What We Are Looking For
Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, automotive, or a similar fast-paced environment
Previous supervisory, team leader, or senior inspector experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing priorities
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Required Experience
Supervisory experience: 2 years required
Quality inspection experience: 4 years required
Automotive experience: 2 years required
Full UK driving licence: required
