Site Supervisor
Newark / Bilsthorpe area
£350per day - Outside IR35
Monday to Friday
3 - 6 month contract
Are you a Site Supervisor looking for your next contract in Nottinghamshire?
The Role:
Assisting and co-ordinating health & safety on site
Running the paperwork on live construction projects: Control of contractors, daily project report, toolbox talks, contractor inductions.
Looking after document control: drawing registers, project management platforms, keeping everything in the right place at the right time.
Coordinating site visit logistics for internal staff and subcontractors, from prep to follow-up.
Providing daily admin support to project managers: daily diary management, meeting coordination, keeping the operational wheels turning.
The usual mix of office admin too: accident and time work stats, office supplies, and formatting the odd document.
Experience required:
Experienced Site Supervisor from a construction background
SMSTS or SSSTS qualification with experience as a site supervisor
Strong organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities and hitting deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Confident communicator, able to build positive working relationships across the team, with clients, and with external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team in a fast-paced environment.
FLT and MEWP licence preferred although not essential as training can be provided
