Description:
We are actively building a network of experienced Freelance Site Supervisors and General Foremen to support a range of upcoming and ongoing civil engineering projects across London and the surrounding areas.
We partner with a number of established Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors delivering works across sectors including:
* Groundworks
* RC Frames
* Piling
* Highways
* Rail
* Utilities
* Infrastructure & public realm
With a strong pipeline of projects developing, we are keen to connect with reliable, hands-on supervisors for future assignments.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience operating as a Site Supervisor or General Foreman within UK civils projects
* Strong understanding of site operations, sequencing, and programme delivery
* Ability to manage labour, plant, and subcontractors on site
* Experience maintaining health & safety standards and site compliance
* Confident liaising with Site Managers, Engineers, and commercial teams
* SSSTS or SMSTS (essential for most roles)
* Valid CSCS and First Aid (desirable)
Typical contract details:
* Freelance / self-employed / CIS options available
* Day rates dependent on experience, project type, and responsibility level
* Opportunities across short-term cover and long-term assignments
* Projects based across London and the Home Counties
