Description:
I am working alongside one of the UKs largest civil engineering contractors. My client are looking to on-board a site supervisor to help a flagship project for a valued client in Norfolk.
Site supervisor responsibilities:
* Site supervision Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Safety Compliance Enforce safety protocols and ensure all site activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
* Team Coordination Supervise and motivate site personnel, including subcontractors and labourers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Quality Control Monitor work quality, ensuring all work meets the specified standards and client expectations.
Site supervisor requirements:
* Right to work in the UK.
* CSCS card Gold.
* NVQ level 3.
* SSSTS/SMSTS.
* First aid.
* Cat & Genny.
* EUSR - desirable.
* Lifting supervisor - desirable.
* Safety critical medical.
* Previous civils experience - Earthworks, highways, drainage.
