Position Details:
Contract Type: Full Time PAYE

Full UK Driver’s License
Service Identification/Detection (CAT Scanning)/Marking/Avoidance Trained
First Aid Certification
SSSTS or SMSTS
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D
Familiarity with GNSS/Total Robotic Kits
Self-Motivated, Dedicated, Trustworthy, Reliable & HardworkingExperience in:
Establishment of Primary and Secondary Control
Site Control Monitoring
3D Modelling
Establishment of Local Grids Networks
Setting of Gridlines & Datums
Setting out of Foundations/Drainage/Residential Building/RC Structures
As-built Surveying, Record Keeping, Variance Identification, and Digital Asbuilt Drawings Production
Quality Assurance Records Production
Quality Inspections (Material Compliance, Pre-Pour checks, Workmanship Installation Checks, Post Install, Pre-Handover, Handover & Specification Compliance)
Daily Diary Record Keeping
Material Measurements and Take-offs Production
Review of Technical Drawings and Specifications
Raising RFI’s in relation to project information or problem identificationTeamforce, professionals in the supply of skilled personnel to Rail, Civil and Construction Projects
