Salary: £44,000 - £45,100 per annum (DOE)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday | Double Days | 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00
Hours: Alternate weekend call-out cover

iSQ Recruitment is working in partnership with a global manufacturer for a Site Services Engineer to join their engineering team at a high-performing production site on the Norfolk/Suffolk border.

The Role

Working within the Plant Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring all site services remain operational, safe and compliant. Reporting to the Plant Services Team Leader, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance, respond to equipment breakdowns and ensure critical plant infrastructure is maintained to the highest standards.

Shift Pattern

This is a Monday to Friday double days role, alternating weekly between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, with scheduled and unscheduled call-out cover on alternate weekends. Enhanced call-out payments apply.

Onsite parking Key Duties
Carry out planned preventative maintenance across all site services equipment.
Respond to breakdowns and maintain critical plant services, including compressors, water treatment, refrigeration, heating and pumping systems.
Ensure all plant services remain safe, compliant and fully operational, maintaining accurate maintenance records.
Coordinate contractors and ensure all work is completed safely and to the required standard.
Maintain high housekeeping, health & safety and environmental standards across engineering areas. Site Services Engineer – Criteria
Apprentice trained or qualified to HNC/HND or Degree level in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a closely related engineering discipline).
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in the other engineering discipline.
Experience maintaining plant services, industrial utilities or building services within a manufacturing environment.
Strong fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) skills.
