Site Services Assistant (3G Pitch)
Location: Coventry
Hours: Monday - Friday, 4:30pm – 9:30pm (25 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £13 - £15 per hour
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Services Assistant to support the management and upkeep of a busy 3G sports pitch at a school in Coventry.
This is a key role ensuring the smooth running of evening lettings, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for external users and school activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Open and secure the site, including the 3G pitch and surrounding facilities
* Carry out basic maintenance checks and report any issues or damage
* Ensure the site is kept clean, safe and presentable at all times
* Enforce site rules and health & safety procedures
* Lock up and secure all areas at the end of the shift
Requirements
* Previous experience in a caretaker, site assistant or facilities role is desirable
* Confident working independently and taking responsibility for the site
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
* Basic maintenance/DIY skills are advantageous
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
