Description:
Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Site Operative to begin work for a well-established company in the Wretham, Norfolk area.
About the role:
* Working Hours – 37.5 hours per week
* 3-week rolling shift rota
* 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00
* Pay Rate – £14.90 per hour
* Working within a busy manufacturing environment
* Operating fixed plant and assisting with the production process
* Basic plant maintenance and breakdown identification
* Materials handling and basic quality control
* General housekeeping and cleaning of plant/machinery
* Loading Shovel / Forklift operation when required

About You:
* Mechanically minded and practical
* High work ethic & team player
* Punctual, reliable and safety conscious
* Comfortable working in a physically demanding industrial environment
* Able to work the full 3-week rotating shift pattern
* Able to work independently without constant supervision
* Manufacturing, waste, aggregates, concrete or similar industrial experience desirable
* Mobile Plant and/or Forklift Truck licence desirable
* Willing to undertake further training
* Must be willing to comply with drug and alcohol testing requirements
