Description:

A market leading specialist engineering organisation are currently recruiting for a Site Operative to join their team on a permanent basis.

The primary focus of this role is to conduct installation / maintenance and repair tasks across customer sites in the UK but predominantly the South East. You will initially be shadowing Engineers as part of your training programme but, a full UK driving licence will be required as you will be travelling to site on your own upon completion of training.

Key responsibilities include;

* Tank Cleaning

* Chemical handling

* Fibre Glassing

* Paint application

* Welding / Pipework

* General use of machinery (drilling, steel cutting, power tools)

* Mechanical Assembly

To be considered for this position you will hold a valid CSCS card and hold a construction / engineering related qualification.

This role is predominantly field based with the occasional need to stay away overnight (full expenses paid)

The position is Monday – Friday with overtime paid at an enhanced rate with a comprehensive benefits package including pension, 33 days holiday, private health care and other benefits
