Site Operative / Skilled Labourer – Bristol
£32,000 per annum | Full-time | Permanent
We’re looking for a Site Operative / Skilled Labourer to join our team in Bristol.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who is practical, reliable and happy to get stuck in. You’ll be working across sites as well as out on the road, delivering materials, collecting waste and helping keep everything running smoothly.
The role includes:
* General site operative and skilled labouring duties
* Driving a medium wheelbase, high-top van
* Delivering materials and equipment to sites
* Collecting and disposing of site waste
* Loading and unloading materials
* Managing deliveries, collections and bookings
* Supporting trades and site teams
* Keeping the van, tools and equipment clean and organised
* Working safely and following company procedures
We’re looking for someone who:
* Holds a full UK driving licence
* Is confident driving a medium wheelbase, high-top van
* Has previous site, construction, maintenance or labouring experience
* Is practical, hardworking and dependable
* Can work independently and use their initiative
* Is organised and good at managing bookings and collections
* Doesn't mind getting stuck in and doing whatever is needed to get the job done
* Has a positive, can-do attitude
