Landmarc Support Services are currently seeking to recruit 5 Site Operative's at Lydd Camp, Kent
As the Site Operative you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and cleaning on the estate. You will be part of small but dedicated team that takes enormous pride in what they do. No experience required, just a good attitude and willingness to learn.
You will be required to work flexibly over the course of a 37 hour working week. You will be required to work some weekends, this is reflected in our Variable Days Allowance.
Hours of work - 37 per week
Days of work - Variable days 5 in 7
Contract - Permanent

Main ResponsibilitiesMain duties are cleaning of camp accommodation, office buildings and any site facilities as required
Basic Maintenance and Grounds Maintenance
Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
Carry out any other additional requirements as needed
The Ideal CandidateValid UK Driving Licence
Experience of cleaning & basic maintenance
Knowledge of Health & Safety
Excellent communication skills
Ability to complete documentation
