Site Operations Manager – Night Shift
Rugby, Warwickshire
Salary: £49,500 per annum (approx. £951 per week) + £5,000 car allowance

What you’ll do:
* Lead and manage night shift warehouse operations ensuring safety, compliance and excellent performance
* Drive resource allocation and peak period planning aligned with business forecasts
* Deliver detailed shift reporting and continuous operational improvements
* Manage a team of Process Managers and Supervisors, fostering engagement and high performance
* Own budget responsibility for your shift and apply data-driven decision making
Who we’re looking for:
* Experienced in warehouse or parcel sector operations, preferably in high-volume environments
* Skilled leader with ability to motivate teams and deliver results under pressure
* Competent with Microsoft Office and internal systems
* Full driving licence essential
* Strong communication and analytical skills
