Site Manager/Foreman

Description:

Site Manager – Wylde Green & Walsall – Residential conversion & Refurbishment - £250 per day - Start as early as next week minimum 3 month works, likely going to be long term due to upcoming projects.

Our client are a residential contractor who have sites across the West Midlands, who are looking for a Site Manager/Foreman to work between two projects in Wylde Green & Walsall.

Projects you will be involved with:

*

Conversion of victorian apartments into HMO (Wylde Green)

*

Conversion of 2 houses into apartments (Walsall)

*

Need someone who is hands on and used to getting stuck in when needed

*

No parking on site - parking available off site on close by residential roads

Qualifications:

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* CSCS Card

* Previosu residential refurb experience
