Site Manager - Holiday Cover
Location: Coventry
Start: Immediate
O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a busy new build residential development in the Coventry area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a freelance Site Manager to step onto a well-organised site with an immediate start available.
Duties:
Overseeing day-to-day site operations.
Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely and to programme.
Maintaining high standards of health & safety.
Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks where required.
Liaising with the project team to ensure smooth site delivery.
Monitoring quality and ensuring work is completed to specification.
Requirements:
Valid SMSTS
Valid CSCS Black or Gold Card
Valid First Aid at Work
Previous experience managing new build residential projects.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to hit the ground running.
