Recruiting on behalf of a leading water sector contractor

Our client is expanding their delivery teams and is looking to appoint multiple experienced Site Managers to support a growing programme of water and drainage projects across the region.

Role Overview

You'll take responsibility for day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery across a range of clean water, wastewater and drainage schemes.

Key Responsibilities

Managing site teams, subcontractors and daily operations

Driving programme, quality and cost performance

Ensuring compliance with all H&S and client standards

Maintaining strong communication with project teams and stakeholders

Requirements

Proven experience in water, drainage, pipelines or utilities (essential)

Strong leadership on live construction sites

CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid

EUSR qualification desirable

Ability to manage multiple work fronts across a regional patch
