Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced (Housing) Site Manager to join a timber frame development in Langold.

This position is to provide site cover for approximately 8 weeks from early June, with the client looking to bring someone in as soon as possible to allow for a full handover period.

Responsibilities

* Overseeing day-to-day site operations

* Managing subcontractors and site activities

* Maintaining health & safety standards on site

* Coordinating crane lifts and associated site activities

* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard

* Liaising with the project team and reporting progress

Requirements

* SMSTS

* CSCS Card

* First Aid at Work

* Scaffold Inspection (System Scaffold) certification

* Timber frame experience is essential

* Experience managing crane lifts

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking for an immediate start on a live project.
