Duration: 12-Month Contract - CIS

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Manager to oversee operations on the Thames Tideway Project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of this landmark project, demonstrating exceptional leadership and technical expertise in civil engineering or marine construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Lead and motivate site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives safely and efficiently.
Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a positive safety culture on site.
Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and regulatory authorities, to address concerns and ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and other project documentation to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
Implement and maintain site procedures, including quality assurance, procurement, and personnel management.
Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.Requirements:
Extensive experience in civil engineering or marine construction, preferably on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Hold a valid Black CSCS card and NVQ Level 6 qualification in a relevant field.
Possess SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
TWS (Temporary Works Supervisor) qualification is desirable.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
