Site Manager – Commercial Office Fit-Out
Location: Slough
Duration: 18 weeks
Project Value: £4m
Rate: £300–£325 per day
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-value commercial office fit-out project in Slough.
This is a fast-paced £4m commercial office fit-out, requiring a hands-on Site Manager with a strong background in managing interior fit-out projects from site setup through to completion and handover.
Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site labour.
Drive the programme and ensure works are delivered to agreed deadlines.
Oversee quality, ensuring a high standard of finish throughout.
Manage health and safety and maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate deliveries, logistics and materials.
Work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team.
Chair site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Monitor progress against programme and identify potential delays.
Manage snagging, commissioning support and final handover.
Ensure all site records, permits and documentation are maintained.Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial office fit-out projects.
Strong experience delivering CAT A and/or CAT B fit-out schemes.
Experience managing projects of significant value.
Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills.
Excellent understanding of programme, quality and health & safety.
SMSTS essential.
First Aid preferred.
Valid CSCS card.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
