Are you an experienced Site Manager with proven expertise in managing secure hospital units? We have an exciting freelance opportunity for you!
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team for a hospital refurbishment project with 12 weeks left to run. This is a freelance position, ideal for someone with previous experience working for a Tier 1 Main contractor.
As a Site Manager, your main responsibilities will include managing subcontractors, liaising with the design and project team, and ensuring that all works are executed professionally and in a timely manner.
A key aspect of this role is your ability to build a strong working relationship with the client. You should be empathetic yet realistic when dealing with ongoing works, ensuring that their needs are met while maintaining project timelines.
To be successful in this role, you should be highly IT literate and possess a CSCS Black Management card, SMSTS, and valid First Aid certification.
