Site Manager Required – 6-Week School Refurbishment Project (Woking)
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a 6-week school refurbishment project in Woking, starting 20th July.

Project Overview
The project involves:
* Management of asbestos removal works (by licensed contractors)
* Electrical rewiring throughout the designated areas
* Installation of new furniture
* Coordination of multiple trades to deliver the project safely, on time, and to a high standard
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of site operations
* Coordinating subcontractors and sequencing works
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and site procedures
* Liaising with the client, project team, and supply chain
* Monitoring programme and quality standards
* Maintaining site records and reporting progress
* Ensuring the project is delivered on time and to specification
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within education or occupied/public sector environments
* Valid SMSTS or SSSTS
* CSCS Black or Gold Card
* First Aid at Work certification
* Strong health and safety knowledge
* Experience coordinating subcontractors and maintaining programme
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
