Site Manager – Roofing / Repairs Contract
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Ongoing contract
Rate: DOE
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a roof repairs contract at a hotel in Norwich. This is an immediate start opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong background in roofing works, scaffold erection and site management.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations across the roofing repairs contract.

Manage and coordinate scaffold erection, ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with regulations.
*
Supervise roofing contractors and subcontractors throughout the project.
*
Ensure all works are completed to the required quality standards and programme.
*
Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site.
*
Coordinate site activities to minimise disruption to hotel operations.
*
Monitor progress, resolve site issues and provide regular updates to the project team.
Requirements:
*
Previous experience as a Site Manager on roofing or roof repairs projects.
*
Strong understanding of scaffold erection and associated safety requirements.
*
Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates preferred.
*
Excellent organisational, communication and subcontractor management skills.
*
Ability to start immediately.
